Holidays

Well people another year has passed us by, can you believe it? I sure cant! It has just flown by! And we are all another year older(yuck). Scarier than that...is that our kids are too!!!! I hope all of you had super, dooper holidays and safe ones too. We had such a great time with our kids and also my Dad (Suzie's) and my nephew, John Thomas came in town to vist us. What a great time we all have together. My Mom opted to stay at home this year. We were really sad that she didn't make the trip but we all understood cause we know how much she HATES to fly!! BUT, I will do my best to get her to come again next year because it's just not the same without her!! All of the kids had such a wonderful time this year and had a nice vacation from school with one exception!! The day after Christmas, Lauren and Brennen got their tonsils and adnoids removed....YIKES!!! Yeah both of them. IT was NOT pleasant for the following two weeks. They were pretty much sleepless (as were both myself and Brock) and in pain!! For some reason I didnt think it would be as bad as what everyone said it would be but OH YEAH believe me people when I tell you "IT IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!!!" I felt sooo bad for the both of them!!! Things are back to normal now thank goodness and kids are back in school and Im trying to STOP writing 2008 on everything...it will probably take me the next 6 months to stop that and by the time I get it right it will be 2010!! haha Well I miss everyone that I didnt get to see for the holidays and I sure hope that all is well!! Christmas 2008
